MARK GRAY

Chief Executive Officer, Katz Media Group

Mark Gray is Chief Executive Officer of Katz Media Group, the leading national expert in audio and television advertising solutions. Mark has been a leader in the media industry for more than 25 years, building a first-class media sales organization that delivers results for its broadcast partners and the nation’s top brands.

As CEO, Mark oversees both Katz’s radio and television companies. His primary focus is to lead Katz’s team of industry experts to deliver innovative ideas for advertisers and agencies, driving revenue for Katz’s partners, as well as developing Katz’s technology and digital offerings, including bringing Katz to the forefront of the programmatic buying arena.

Mark’s tenure with Katz has included various management roles, including President of the Katz Radio division before being promoted to President of Katz Radio Group in 2006.

Radio Ink has named Mark one of the “Most Powerful People in Radio.” He is a member of the Board of Directors for the Broadcasters Foundation of America; a board member of the Radio Advertising Bureau; and an Honorary Trustee for the Alliance for Women in Media.

SCOTT PORRETTI

President, Katz Digital Katz Media Group

Scott Porretti is President of Katz Digital Audio, a trusted sales partner to an ever-expanding portfolio of digital audio publishers and advertisers nationwide for Katz Media Group, the largest media representation company in the U.S.

With more than 20 years of media sales and operational leadership experience, Scott has led Katz Digital Audio to become the largest premium digital audio offering in the U.S. Scott has also led the team in advancing internal technology and systems which have streamlined advertiser’s access to the best brands in media, utilizing the most advanced targeting technology in the local marketplace. Katz’s digital audio platform encompasses broadcast streams, pure-play and podcasting. This expansive offering can be accessed either as a managed or self-serve programmatic service.

During his tenure at Katz, Scott has held various management positions within the organization, including Vice President General Sales Manager, Vice President Manager of the New York office, and Manager of the San Francisco office. Before focusing exclusively on Digital for Katz, Scott served as Senior Vice President of the Katz Radio Group, a role he held for four years, overseeing the performance of a more than 250-person team across seven sales divisions. In 2014, Scott was named Executive Vice President of Katz Digital Audio and was promoted to President in 2021.

Scott is based in New York City. He serves on the Audio Board of Directors for the Interactive Advertising Bureau (IAB), dedicated to empowering the media and marketing industries to thrive in the digital economy.

JOE BREWER

EVP, Chief Operating Officer, Katz Media Group

Joe brings more than 30 years of media and technology experience to lead the company’s programmatic, data and technology initiatives. In his role, Joe focuses on business operations across Katz Radio Group, Katz Television Group and Katz Digital with the goal of streamlining company processes and aligning all technology and innovation initiatives with company goals. Joe also provides oversight and guidance to Katz corporate groups including Finance, Human Resources and Real Estate to help move Katz’s continuously expanding business forward.

Joe joined Katz in May 1996 as Vice President of Information Technology Services, and has since held leadership roles, such as Vice President of Client Services, and Senior Vice President, Chief Information Officer. During his tenure, he has expanded and enhanced Katz offerings, increased efficiencies and helped to develop additional revenue streams for the company.

Most recently serving as Chief Administrative Officer, Joe worked to further develop the company’s technology assets across radio and television and advance its digital offerings, including bringing Katz to the forefront of the programmatic buying arena. Joe has also led significant advancements in Katz’s data initiatives, which have dramatically reduced discrepancies and improved the buying process for agencies and advertisers.

Joe serves on the Board of Directors for Audiology (www.Audiology.media), a company created to promote programmatic sales in the digital audio marketplace.
